Arrived Damaged:

If your item is damaged, we simply need a photo of the damaged items and we will send you out a new product with no questions asked.

Not what you ordered:

We do understand that ordering online is sometimes tricky, if your order is wrong or the wrong colour, scent or other issue please email us so that we can assist in getting you the product/s that you wanted.

The product is not working or performing as expected:

For any product faults or product doesn’t measure up to standard of expectance please let us know so that we can look into an exchange, replacement or refund.
