Thank you for shopping with Lovette & Co. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how your delivery is handled.
1. Processing Times
Before we hand your package over to our couriers, we need a little time to prepare it with care.

Small Orders: Please allow 2 to 4 working days for processing.

Bulk Orders: Please allow 7 to 14 working days for processing.

Weekend Orders: Any orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting on the next working day.
2. Shipping Lead Times
Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, the following estimated delivery times apply:

3. Shipping Rates
We keep things simple with a flat-rate shipping fee:

4. Alternative Delivery Methods
In the event that our primary courier partner does not deliver to your specific address, we will utilize PostNet or PAXI as an alternative delivery method to ensure your package reaches you.
Note: "Working days" refer to Monday through Friday and exclude public holidays. While we strive to meet these timelines, delivery dates are estimates provided by our couriers.
