Purchase and Use
By purchasing from Lovette & Co, you (“The Purchaser”) agree to use all products safely and in accordance with the directions and warnings provided on our packaging.
Lovette & Co sells merchandise only to individuals who can legally purchase and own such items in their respective jurisdictions. By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age to purchase these goods and that they comply with all local laws in your area of residence.
Liability Waiver
By purchasing and using our products, you agree to indemnify and hold Lovette & Co harmless from any liability for incidental or consequential damages, third-party claims, or any liability arising from the application or use of our products. Lovette & Co shall not be responsible for any damage occurring due to the misuse of products or related directly or indirectly to the burning of candles or use of body care items.
Return & Refund Policy
We take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our small-batch, handmade products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns

Timeline: All returns must be requested within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be in new, unused, and original condition with all packaging intact.

Process: To initiate a return, please email our team at info@lovetteandco.co.za to obtain a Return Authorization.

Shipping: You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing Time: Please allow at least seven (7) business days from the receipt of your item for us to process your refund or exchange.

Damaged Items: For products that arrive defective or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at [Your Email Address] with a photo of the damage so we can arrange a replacement or refund for you.
